serious exchange spanish-twi, czech, swedish, german or english

I'm a linguistic working in a research and I'm really interested in keeping an exchange with someone who could help me with all these languages. In fact, I,m an absolute beginner  in 3 of them  : twi, czech and swedish and I would really appreciate if somebody was so nice to tell me where in the net I could find some tools to work by my own on them.
