Though to respond to one of the comments , I thought it was perfectly natural for her to exagerate . ( By the way we say to roll the "r" in English ) It's a video for beginners . You can roll that R (I don't know if it's called "to roll" in English, but we say "das R rollen" in Germany), but many people don't do it. It's also depending on the word I think and where the R is positioned. I say it stronger in "rot" (=red) than in "drei" (=three) and even softer in "hart" (=hard). I think her last turn sounds most like a German native speaker. ^^ |
