I WANT TO LEARN FLUENT ITALIAN/SICILIAN!!! PLEEASSEE??

My family is Italian and they all know the language quite well. My grandpapa knows it more fluent than any of us because he moved from sicaly to the U.S in his early twenties. I am traveling to Italy soon and I don't want my family to speak for me when I need to order food or talk to someone...I would LOVE help!!! Anyone!!!
