Punjabi - Urdu

Hi! can someone teach me some punjabi..i am heading to pakistan and have heard they used punjabi mixed urdu..if that makes sense? :)

Hi, I'm looking for someone to practice my Hindi/Panjabi/Urdu with. I think I speak a kind of combination, mixed with Pahari/Dogri

dialect, and I haven't practiced lately.
