" to go " in polish

Hi, i have a question about some verbs in polish.

I cant see the difference between the verb iść, jeźdźić, chodzić, jechać.

i think chodzić is " to walk " or " to hang out ".

and maybe jechać mean something like "ride" and i only can use it to say jadę na rowerse.

I dont know when should i use idę, jeżdżę or jadę ....

if you can help me, i'll be thankful
