I assume that on this website the teaching is supposed to be founded on an exchange thing & thus should be free of charge I assume that you understand the same thing about that ie no fees could be charged on someone asking you to teach him russian otherwise they are others websites who are intended to this& this partiicular website is not relevant in that case.
