I am looking for a friend who has skype

I am looking a friend who has skype and chat with voice or camera.

There are too many people here but when I connect them they are saying I am bussy, or lets chat with writing or I dont have microphone etc.

I dont want these type people.

My goal is to speak Russian and I can teach you English but only with speaking.

Is there anybody here without problem?
