spanish alphabet written phonetically (for an english speake..

hola everyone

I am writing a quick phonetic alphabet spreadsheet and am having no luck googling for spain.

I need a PHONETIC description of how someone with little or no spanish would say spanish letters IN ISOLATION, like when spelling out an email address for example. All I have been able to find is the following, which is not much use to me as I have no idea how you pronounce the letters. 'be' for instance.. is it BEE? BAY? BEH?

If anyone could help or suggest a link with a more phonetic description of the alphabet than the list attached below? I'd be very grateful as I speak very little spanish myself and am unsure of the alphabet.
