Spanish speaking countries: Culture, etiquette, way of life

Hola a todos!

I find that all the spanish speakers (I have met so far) are all so warm, courteous and hospitable.  They just know how  to make you feel comfortable and at ease.  I'd love to  learn more about  culture/customs/etiquette and way of life  in Spain (since I'll be heading there soon) and other spanish-speaking cuntries.  It would be great if you could share this with  me.  I'd also be happy to help you with your English if you like:)
