Latvian - > Spanish or English

I know that sounds crazy but maybe there are some spanish/ english people who learn latvian? 

I would like to practice both  - spanish and english by chatting here in polyglot , via e-mail or skype. 

By the way - if you are planning  to visit Latvia, I would like to practice eye to eye and show you the city.
