Of course, as Vincent mentions, there are also the Polyglot meetings, where you can find Spanish speakers to practice.  Since there are many  meetings during the week, there are high chances you will find one that fits in your schedule.

In Paris there are a couple of groups that meet in a regular basis to speak Spanish that I would recommend.



1) Cena Latina (http://cenalatina.free.fr/), un grupo muy simpatico that gets together once a month to have diner and speak Spanish. Speaking Spanish is mandatory, so it is preferable that your level is at least medium.



2) Mundo Latino en Paris: (http://spanish.meetup.com/728/), también un grupo muy simpatico, con actividades diversas alrededor de la cultura latina (cinema, salidas, exposiciones, etc).



3) If  what you are looking for is to learn Spanish (I don't think it is your case, but maybe other people may benefit from the infomation): (http://spanish.meetup.com/558/).
