Ingles/Espanol

I am working on a PhD degree from the University of Florida and need to improve my espanol F-A-S-T (rápidamente).  I plan to be doing some field work in Mexico (which hopefully will not include an involuntary beheading), which will require a much greater ability to speak, listen and understand Spanish.
