Spanish for English

I have tried so hard to learn spanish and have failed so many times. I really would like to learn spanish from anyone WHO IS SERIOUSLY GOING TO TEACH ME IT. I have noticed on this website ( and  almost every other) that  people agree to teach you a language but almost all the time you never  communicate after the  first conversation  I am willing to teach anyone English and Bahamian Dialect for spanish ( prefer Cuban Spanish or Dominican Spanish) or simply for just conversation. I am SERIOUSLY GOING TO TEACH YOU ENGLISH ( it would be great to get spanish in return or any language). I ask of you not to respond to this if you are not seriously going to stay in contact with me all the way .

I can teach you spanish but only for the summer. I know english at conbersation level and i want to improbe it because i want to study in england or in ee.uu for a year. The problem is that im not from Cuba or Dominican, im from spain.
