how do you say"he wanted him to open his bag" in arabic

 hello polyglots!

The arabic structure is really tough and it confuses me a lot,and that i feel really stuck.

i know how to say "what do you want me to do"(ما تريد ان اعمل) or (ماذا تريد مني أن أفعل) correct those if they are wrong

but when i wanted to say "he wanted him to open his bag" i realized that something is really confusing is here because  it gose like this (اراد ان فتح حقيبته) and it actually means that he wanted to open his bag thats not what i intedted to say.my question what word or particle can imply the sentence"he wanted him to do something.
