help with arabic grammar

hey everybody

i know how to build the 3rd person singular of verb forms 2, 3 and 4 but i dont know how the 1st person singular of these verb forms is built and therefore need help with it. please write it both in arabic (modern standard arabic) and in roman script so i can read the vowels.

e.g:

verb form 2: نظّف --> ?

verb form 3: (فاعل): havent met so far any verb of this form, so maybe you could write an example yourself

verb form 4: أخرج --> ?
