I am a native English speaker (USA) and have wanted to learn Vietnamese for years now.   My girlfriend is Vietnamese, born in the USA.   She is afraid to teach me incorrectly, and her family is from Vung Tau.   I have Skype and would be willing to trade some English for some Vietnamese!
