Southern Vietnamese in exchange for English - Travelling to Vietnam in Feb 2014 - Help:)

My parents are Viet but I was born in the UK. I understand about 70% of Viet speaking but have more difficulty when speaking. I am hoping to make friends and chat with southern Viets to help improve my skills for my trip booked in Feb 2014.
