Embark on a captivating guided hike from Barcelona to Sant Cugat del Vallès along the historic Camino de Santiago, starting from Mundet and culminating at the stunning Gothic monastery of Sant Cugat.

This leisurely 4-hour trek traverses the serene Collserola mountain range, meandering through lush forests and picturesque fields. Participants will be treated to breathtaking views of Barcelona while exploring significant historical and artistic landmarks, including the renowned ermita de Sant Medir, the intriguing and lesser-known ermita del Sant Adjuntori with its circular design, the charming farmhouse of Can Borrell, and the iconic Pi del Xandri, a symbol of environmental advocacy.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Easy to moderate
The journey to Sant Cugat del Vallès spans approximately 12 km, featuring a gentle ascent of under 300 meters. The first 3 km are the most demanding, but the wide path makes it accessible for most walkers.

IMPORTANT:
A reasonable level of fitness is required to participate (12km, around 300 meters of elevation gain, and a duration of roughly 4 hours at a leisurely pace). Appropriate footwear is essential—low hiking boots are recommended.

-9:00 AM: Meet at the entrance of Mundet metro station (Line 3)
-9:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Guided hike to Sant Cugat del Vallès
