Please talk something about your internship in kindergarten.

I think this internship is the most valuable experience for me to be a preschool teacher.

The kind principle of the kindergarten said that a child’s habits established in this age would be with them throughout their life.

She has devote all herself to education and she was so appreciated my courage to have a try from practical teaching, so she provide me with that opportunity.

I cherished and enjoyed the time spent with children, because they are, as far as i am consider, the most purest thing in the world.

I know that they are in the formative year and i want to be a responsible teacher, so i participated in teacher qualification training, absorb knowledge from extracurricular reading and tried to apply theory into practice.

For example, I appreciated the theory ‘Learning by Playing’ researched and implemented by John Dewey.

I made a big box containing a paper-made tiger, rabbit and other animals with their mouths open.

Meanwhile, I prepared some notes with names and drawings of different foods so that the children could feed the paper-made animals.

This game provides a practical way for children to acquire basic knowledge, and they may be inspired to get more information about animals and their foods after the game.

Helping those children make progress bit by bit gave me great happiness, whatever the weather was, they were my sunshine.
