Citizens, I don’t want to force dark colors of the painting, I don’t want to say that the diplomatic rupture we had the new there is a half-hour, between Austria and Serbia, necessarily means that a war between Austria and Serbia will break out, and I’m not saying that if a war breaks out between Serbia and Austria the conflict will necessarily extend to the rest of Europe, but I’m saying that we have against us, against peace, against current life of men, terrible chances and against which it must be that workers of Europe try efforts of supreme solidarity that they can try.

Citizens, the notice that Austria send to Serbia is full of threats and if Austria invade the slave territory, if Germans, if the Germanic race from Austria violence this Serbians who are a part of Slave world for which Russia feels a deep sympathy, there is to fear and predict that Russia will come into conflict.

And if Russia intervenes to defend Serbia, Austria, with two opponents against her, will invoke the alliance treaty which unites her to Germany and Germany will make out that she will solidarize with Austria.
