I was 176 lbs last month, I had to lose 22 lbs to be at perfect weight.
I've started dieting and exercising since a month, I lost 9 lbs during that 30 days.
But now there is no time for cardio workout.
And because of the pressure of studying for exams, I lost my determination to continue the diet.
I drink a lot of tea and coffee with massive amount of sugar which is restricted in diet.
Any Suggestions, please?
I wish i wrote it right, it will motivate me to learn more English.
