My weakness
I was a little arbitrariness before.
During the graduation practice in Chine, the work carried on fast and I didn’t care enough details so that I have done some useless work at the beginning.
Because of this experience now I try to collect information as much as possible and reflective before I make a decision or set about doing sth.
