In the modern world education is the most important process which makes human beings move forward based on experience and knowledge from other people.

Nowadays, there are people who believe that a teacher with the right qualities plays a vital role in teaching people.

However, others think that a student itself has to have the necessary skills for receiving knowledge efficiently.

In this essay I am going to discuss both points of views and argue that it is more important is to be a good student than to have a good teacher for studying.

On the one hand, this kind of teachers has to have the ability to motivate their students as well as receive the feedback from students and makes changing during the process.

For instance, if students in a class do not understand a particular subject, this teacher should noticed that immediately and try to give more real-life examples.

Sometimes, some subjects are not so interested for students, so in this case the teacher should give them arguments why this subject is important for their future career development or show a real-life appliance of his knowledge about the subject.

On the other hand, if a student has all necessary qualities to study well, it helps them to receive knowledge from a mediocre teacher whose skills to educate people are not so well inefficient.

For example, this kind of student, in the case of bad teaching could read more books on certain subject and do more exercises at home.

To conclude, in my opinion, the most important things in the educational process is to be a good student than to has a good teacher because this type of student could easily compensate lack of teacher’s skills by self-studying.
