Dear Mrs.---, I am writing to enquire about my arrival in the student house --- on 1st october 2014.
I wolud like to know if it's possible to receive the keys of my room that same day.
I see that your office will be open until 16:00 h.
I will arrive by train,but until now I don't know exactly when I will arrive.
Just in case, is it possible to have it out of hours?( we can keep us in touch).
If I will arrive in time , do I have to come to your office in ---- to receive it?
