The coldest months in London and New York are January and December when the average temperature falls down 8 and 5 degrees respectively.

Since February the temperature starts rising gradually and reaches its peak in July (over 23 degrees).

Overall, during the period from June and the middle of September, the average temperature in New York is about 25 degrees and in London is 20 degrees.

After this period, the temperature goes down gradually until its coldest peak in December.

In contrast to this, the temperature in Sydney is steadier and fluctuates between 16 degrees in July and 25 degrees from November until March.

Despite the fact that the average annual temperature is higher in Sydney, New York has a bit more hours of sunshine (2,535) then Sydney (2,473).

Meantime, the yearly hours of sunshine in London is twice less than in both Sydney and New York.
