The ancient Greek said: «If you’d like to be strong, you should run!
If you’d like to be clever, you should run!
If you’d like to be beautiful, you should run!».
And they were right.
You know the running isn’t a cure-all for all illnesses but it’s positive outcome for health is obvious.
It’s a good and free way to look good.
The running doesn’t require a specific equipment and special place.
And there are else nine reasons to start running:
1) It’s the exercise to burn the calories.
2) The running improves the metabolism not only during the training but during the rest.
3) The lonely runnings provide you time for thinking.
4) The running keeps up you spirit.
5) The running gives you a chance to go out and enjoy a nature.
6) The running raises your self-appraisal.
7) The running helps you to fight with a stress.
8) The running gives you an extra energy for all day.
9) The running increase the period of your life.
I run 3 times a week in the morning about 3-5 km.
It takes me about 35-40 minutes but let me wake up and breath a fresh morning’s air.
