What can be more delicious than chocolate?
Almost everyone loves chocolate: children, women, senior persons… Chocolate is the most popular sweet thing.
In fact every woman knows that too much chocolate can lead to some extra weight.
But does anyone know that too much chocolate lead to addiction?
Does anyone suppose that this addiction is as harmful as an addiction to drugs?

As it contains lots of caffeine it is as harmful as coffee or other drinks containing caffeine like cola, for instance.
With the help of caffeine we can feel refreshed in the mornings after eating chocolate or we can sit up late hours in the evenings.
At first we feel that chocolate really makes us being full of energy.
However as time goes by our health becomes poorer and poorer.
It should be mentioned, that many people even don’t connect their poor health with eating chocolate.
Actually step by step our health gets poisoned by caffeine.
The simplest way to prove that chocolate is a real addiction is to try to give up eating it or just cut down the amounts.
It won’t be an easy thing to do, because we really got hooked on it.
During the first weeks without chocolate it will be hard to live without that fantastic and so familiar taste of chocolate.
And every time you will go shopping those colorful bars of chocolate will be tempting you again and again.
Moreover as you get used to the fact that chocolate gives you lots of energy you may feel extremely tired without it.
But all these sufferings are worthy, as living without chocolate is much better: it gives you better sleep and much more energy than any chocolate!
On the other hand, nowadays we have an incredibly busy lifestyle and it is hard to imagine our life without such a useful thing as caffeine!
It is not a secret that many of us are hooked on caffeine, particularly on chocolate.
Many of us just don’t have enough time for a proper sleep.
And a bar of chocolate is the only thing that helps them to work the whole day without feeling tired or sleepy.
All in all, everyone decides for himself, whether he wants to have good health or deceive himself that chocolate is the source of energy.
Anyway people should know that chocolate is the same as drugs and that they can easily get addicted to it.
Then, I believe, it will be easier for them to make a right choice.
