Working with children requires a special approach, because children are moody, stubborn, they
need to explain everything in detail and interest them.
After spending a lot of time in the sport, I
still play and talk with children every day.
Sometimes I, as a trainer, look after the children,
because sport in some moments can be very dangerous and it is important to understand that, but
sport gives a lot of good skills, agility, strength, reaction, they can save lives in emergency
situations, I had this a situation in my life, and I am very glad that I trained.
I participated in the sport camp where we trained a couple of weeks, and were sporting events.
Now I'm one of the older athletes with experience in 17 years, having prizes for running,
swimming, conoeing and rowing.
Watching a child, I can tell him what qualities it is better to
develop.
I can teach a child to play in the team, even without the use of words, knowing only the movement
of players, this skill is very useful.
For example one man comes to us play basketball, he speaks
English badly, he is volunteer from Spain, but we understand each other with gestures very good.
I have experience of sporting events and their organizations, know how to make them interesting
and safe.
As a volunteer, I would like to meet new people and make new friends, improve spoken skill and
get life experience.
I don't have bad habits.
