this will be for 3 assessors: The mechanical department offered an assistance lecture position to Ali after he finished his masters degree because he finished his masters degree in the first class, but he rejected because he has dreams to go aboard and do his Ph.D. degree and I appreciate his decision and his ambition and I hope you give him the chance to get his Ph.D. degree.

Ali got the second class in mechanical engineering at theDepartment-university of Kufa, and he got excellent marks in his bachelor project.

He's also very ambitious for a young person and I hope you will give him the chance to fulfil his dream by awarding him a scholarship.

Ali came to Germany to achieve his Ph.D. in such an advanced country and such advanced institute, but he can’t do his Ph.D. without your support.
