At the moment I do my internship at the Company and a position of summer intern gave me an opportunity to make an acquaintance with the ABC-Company, to understand the corporate culture and main principles of work, so I can say it intelligently the ABC-Company consistent perfect with my vision of a company to work for and to build my career.

The first reason I would like to work here is a corporate culture and the people in particular.

As a summer intern I’ve joined the Customer Services team of Operations Department and also got a chance to work at the cross-functional projects.

Although there were a lot of people from various Departments, the employees of the Company have such common features as willingness to help, openness and passion for their work.

It all makes me enjoy my daily life at the ABC-Company and I would really like to work in this environment.

Interesting tasks are the second reason I’d like to join the ABC-Company.

Since the first day of my internship I’ve got a lot of tasks to solve, which teach me to take responsibility and work in very tight deadlines, because even a work of an intern makes a contribution to Company’s functioning.

So I would like to keep working here at the challenging projects, improving process performance and helping my co-workers and the Company in a whole to succeed.

The next important thing I would like to mention is careers opportunities within the ABC-Company.

During my internship I’ve seen a lot of examples how the Company facilitates employees to develop their skills, to go up at their career ladder.

Moreover I think the reward system in the ABC-Company is fair, attractive and motivates to perform better.
