Actually, we can observe many different kind of power in our world like the power of music, money, press or gun.

Actually, we can mostly see the last in the United States, because in the 2nd amendment, the law authorise the gun license, that’s meaning than American’s people can have a gun for their self-protection.

By this fact, we can ask us if the USA have to regulate its gun license.

Firstly, we will see why the majority of American’s people are attached of their guns studying the history of this country; then, we will study how American’s people can obtain guns; next, we will examine problems that can happen with guns in the USA; and finally, we will see the different kind of people about guns in the USA.

First of all, we will see why the majority of American’s people are attached of their guns studying the history of this country.

But firstly, as I said the law authorise the gun license in the 2nd amendment who is in the constitution, so just with that we can realize a part of the reason why guns are important for American’s people.

Then, we watched the movie Bowling for Columbine by Michael Moore and in this, there was a part dedicated of the USA’s history.

Often, Moore filmmaking have some ironical parts like in the section of USA’s history.

He retrace the coming of pilgrims in the new world until today passing by segregation and explain that the fear is another reason why American’s people want to keep their guns.

Now, we will study how American’s people can obtain guns.

It’s something enough easy to get.

Effectively, we studied a caricature call Joe’s guns who criticizes the facility to obtain guns.

On the comic, we can see a man who want to buy a gun and he have to answer some questions like: “permanent resident of the United States?”, “ever convicted of a felony?” or “any mental illness?”, then he answer for the last “no more, they say I'm all recover”.

Then, the dealer give to the man a gun, afterward a simply signature, whereas this checklist is don’t verify.

After all, we will examine one of the problems that can happen with guns in the USA.

A document like Of life and death, show a comparison between different country about the number of dead people by guns.

It’s maybe without surprise, that we see the USA in the first position with more than 9 000 deaths in one year.

Afterward, when we look at the other country, their number are really smaller than the number of the USA.

For example, the second position in this ranking is attribute to the Canada with 200 deaths.

So, as we saw, this facility to obtain guns in the USA is probably related to the number of deaths.

That is maybe, the main trouble with the gun in the USA.

However, we will see the both sides of people about guns in the USA and examine their point of view.

For the pro-guns, their main arguments are that guns don’t kill people, but people kill people; if we make guns illegal, criminals will get them but ordinary people won’t or thousands of people are killed by cars each years, but we don’t ban guns.

So, the other side, meaning the antigun disagree with all this reasons.

For them, statistics show that we are more likely to be shot by a member of our family in an accident if we have a gun at home and having guns means more deaths.

To conclude, we can say that the USA have to regulate its gun license, because even if guns are includes in the history of the USA, we can observe a popularization and vulgarization of guns what doing many death, what divides the American population in two different sides: the pro and antigun.
