In the regions near to Titicaca’s lake, people lived like wild animals, since they did not have a religion, laws or an organization.
Theses inhabitants did not know the agriculture and they did not have textile techniques for that reasons they walked naked.
They had caves like houses and they fed off hunting and the food’s recollection.
The god INTI (sun in quechua), He felt sorry for those people and he sent his son Ayar Manco with a his sister Mama Ocllo for He civilized those barbarous populations and he founded a empire that honored to the god INTI.
Ayar Manco went in for teaching cohabitations rules to live in society and idolized to the god INTI to the men.
Instead, Mama Ocllo teached textile techniques and domestic labor to the women.
The inhabitants confused Ayar Manco and Mama Ocllo like gods because they wore golden clothes.
Ayar Manco, also called Manco Capac, had to found a city, which will be the center of the world.
His father, the god INTI, gave him a gold stick for he looked out for the Promised Land.
He recommended to travel to the north of the Titicaca’s lake and to bury the gold stick in the lands where they went past until finding a place where the gold stick bury with easiness and in that place they should found the Cuzco’s city where they will manage its Empire.
Manco Capac embarked on his travel soonly.
One day he found a majestic valley cordoned by beautiful mountains and the golden stick buried in the ground to the astonishment of Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo.
That is how they knew that place should be the capital of The Inca Empire and the center of the world / El ombligo del mundo.
