Correccions

Problems Firstly, I would like to mention one problem I have encountered during my internship so far it refers the fact that we had to use a different uniform comparably in front of the other personal at the hotel.

That fact made us felt such an almost estrangers far from been part of the team.

In addition, the atmosphere was became quite uncomfortable because the others members of the company were not showed to have a healthy work environment instead of that, they have showed rude and impolite, it could make the internships thought that they were not very received.

The mentors never had enough time to explain any doubts, getting to the point that I had to handle all the work on my own making decisions that could have gone a bit wrong.

Recommendations I would make the following recommendations: • To take the time to explain the work that had been ask to the internship.

• To make the internships feel part of a team, the more that internships are involved the more they take the real responsibility of their work.
