Nowadays, women’s role in society becomes more and more significant.

In the past, women were seen as a person who cleaned house, take care children and cooked.

They didn’t have some liberities.

Women didn’t have a chance to find a place in a business world and they didn’t even go to school.

Education is the most powerful weopan for a woman.

They can change the world.

Educating a woman means also to educate a generation, so they will teach their children which means the future.

Societies need more educated women because it is very important to set the things right; higher level of welfare are achievable, fertility and mortality rates will offset, and child literacy rates will rise.

Education can change people's perspectives and add value people's personality.

For example after graduaded an college we have lots of knowledge in different areas.

Like managing, accounting, marketing etc. These kind of contributions can make easy the find a good job.

Unemployment rates have seen as a big problems of communities.

Adding woman labor force is a good idea to follow a policy, so if women receive good education then they find a good place in industry and it will increase both countiries and world welfare.

If we look at the developed countries, we will see their women labor force rate is high.

For instance, in U.S.A this rates is more than 53%.
