In any occupation discipline is more important than talent.
There are people who suppose that it is much more necessary to be disciplined than talented while doing something.
But others believe that our talents play a key role in any occcupation.
In this essay I will try to express my point of view.
In my opinion , being disciplined is more essential.
Firstly, one gradually develops and improves his abilities and skills thanks to discipline.
Secondly, such crucial trait of one's character as being disciplined makes him more responsible.
One understands that working every day is his duty.
However, some people tend to believe that our talents are the most major thing in any occupation.
I disagree with them because only astounding abilities in something will not lead to great achievements.In some cases talents make people irresponsible.
They really lack in discipline.
In conclusion, I would like to say that even famous sociologists say that ninety percent of life success depends on discipline.
Certainly good abilities are not minor.
But despite of our facilities being important, discipline plays a key role in any occupation anyway.
Disciple is the gateway to success.
