In this case, young generation and old generation have more points of contact.
Some opponents might say that following the parents' footsteps is impossible in our modern world.
Many professions which were popular twenty years ago become unclaimed today.

Secondly, the picking of a job is a very personal case.
A work must be pleasure.
I believe that human should like this vacation and does this work with enjoyment.
However, I disagree with their contentions.
We shouldn't disregard the fact that the continuity of generations gives significant advantages to peopke and society.
All in all, the choise of profession is an individual and important case.
