1.My English granny was ten when she and all her family managed to get into Westminster Abbey and watch a new queen crowning.
That's what she says:
“On the second of June 1953 all London streets were so crowded.
Besides, there were people from other English cities and towns.
Sometimes it seemed that all the English gathered to see the ceremony with their own eyes.
But fortunately it was broadcast over TV.
There were many people in the Abbey and among them there were Duke of Norfolk,Prince Charles It was hard to see a new queen.
But when I found her with my eyes I was fascinated by her clothes!
I have never seen seen such expensive and beautiful dress before !
The ceremony itself was so solemn that I scared to breathe...It was unforgettable ceremony.....
2.I work as a journalist.
_Till now my relatives and acquaintances _ask me to tell them about that wedding.
First I must say that this ceremonial wedding took place in Westminster Abbey on the 29th April,2011.
Almost all the relatives of both were present.
On that day I saw many other journalists, photographers and reporters._Of course, it took much money to hold this event, but it was worthy of it.
I emphasize _that Catherine does not come from very wealthy and influential family._So do my_colleagues.
