THEME: The Internet is the greatest time-waster.

It cannot be denied that the Internet plays a great role in our life.

Some people think we waste our time because of it.

However,others claim that it is the most useful tool mankind ever created and we just need to learn how to use it properly.

So,who is right?

In my judgment the world wide web is not a time-waster if people are taught time management.

The Internet is so important in our daily life that we cannot imagine ourselves without it.

Firstly,thanks to it,we get quick acess to necessary information wherever and whenever.

Secondly, the Internet helps us improve our English because we can practise it with any foreigner.

People can become fluent English speakers thanks to this opportunity.

But there are people who think that we just spend precious time on computer games and social networking sites using the Internet.

There is lot of truth in what they say but I believe that such people do not understand that the Internet does us the good if we know how to budget our time the right way and avoid such entertainments.

In conclusion,I would like to say that we cannot exist without the Internet.

If we use time management, it can easily become our friend
