Everyone should adopt a vegetarian diet because meat can cause serious health problems.
Vegetarianism is widely discussed theme in the modern world.
Some people think that we need to stop being meat eaters as meat destroys our health.
However, others suppose that meat is an extremely important product for us So,who is right?
Personally, I think that we should become vegetarians.
Firstly,as scientists discovered, fruits and vegetables make us slim and healthier because they contain vitamins that are vitally necessary for our good physical health.
Secondly,as we all know,meat is rather expensive product.
Not only it has a high price, but also it takes us too much time to cook it.
But there are some people who believe that we should eat meat.
They say it contains proteins we cannnot live without but I must say that there are such proteins in eggs and milk.
Moreover, eggs and milk are much cheaper than meat.
It helps us to save money.
In conclusion,I would like to say that vegetarianism has much more advantages than disadvantages.
It is the best way to keep fit and not to spend much money.
I think more and more people will start avoiding meat in the future wen they realize how good vegetarianism is.
