Nowadays more and more people become vegetarians.
But others say that they can't do without meat and fish.
Can vegetables bring us all nutrients?
Should we abandon from the meat and become vegetarians?
These questions bother many of people through the world.
Some people think that vegetable diet is useful not only for people suffering from obesity but also for healthy people.
Others prefer to get more pleasure from meat and fish not paying attention to any diets invented by scientists.
As for me, I think that taste is not main thing in food.
Food should be helpful because It is the important for our life.
Vegetables can bring us more of those vitamins which our body needs.
Moreover, the many of vegetables are very delicious.
For example, I very like tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and many others.
But there are many of people thinking that firstly food must be taste and delicious.
It is not surprising that we can see them in fast-food cafes like McDonalds and KFC.
Often they facing with overweighting, diabetes or even cancer.
To sum it up, I think that we should care about our ration and choose only healthful products.
I ever try to select only best food in shops because our choice reflects on our mood and state of health.
