Nowadays, most people donot sports.
Some people think that playing sports is very useful activity for reducing stress, while others claim that it is a waste of time.
In my opinion, doing sports is very useful for a person's health.
Firstly, playing sports can be interesting and funny activity.
As for me, I forget about my problems when I am doing training.
Secondly, scientists claim that when human being is doing sports, a hormone of joy is producing in his organism.
Finally, thanks to playing sports people can change their bodies.
So, I believe that the results of doing trainings can improvea person's mood.
However, some people believe that humans being, who play sports, waste a lot of time.
In their view, doing sports is useless activity because it takes an hour and more time to do it.
Personally, I do not agree with the above opinion.
I am convinced that lack of time is one of the excuses of lazy people.
You do not need to pkay sports for an hour because you can do short training, which takes you twenty minutes, and you will feel better.
In conclusion, I believe that playing sports is very useful and important activity for the maintenance and strengthening of our mental and physical health.
