Last Thursday I went abroad and met my Canadian cousin Jack.

We spent the whole day together.

When eating time was approaching, we decided to go to the woods to look for raspberries, since our grandma was willing to prepare a delicious cake if we went after the missing ingredients.

When we got there, something impressive happened.

We felt like eating our grandma’s cake, so we were trying to collect raspberries as quick as possible.

Suddenly, we heard a spooky noise.

Jacked got afraid because he thought that there was a wild animal inside the bushes, so he proposed to go our way back.

However, by the time we wanted to return, we realised that our footprints had disappeared.

We were lost in the forest, and Jack was about to burst into tears.

Luckily, we discovered that the noise was nothing but another man among the leaves who was also looking for wild nuts.

His truck was parked next to the trees, and it was full of raspberries!

After seeing Jack’s scared face, he felt so guilty that he decided to lift us home and give us the half of the load he had on his vehicle.

In the end, we all enjoyed eating the tasty pie.
