I'm 22 years old bachelor of philosophy.

Also, I have failed two attempts to admit in master degree.
I have prepared to admission olympiad from September.
But I took only 45/100.
What should I do now? I don't know.
I can't work, because of Russian laws, I must serve in the army at first.
No army, no work.
Also, you can wait and hide until you are 26.
There is another option.
Illegal option - you can pay right people for avoidance army.
But it's not cheap.
No one will give you a guarantee.
My mom offered me to pay for my education.
But it's also a huge amount of money.
And I always studied free.
I don't want problems for my family.
What should I do?
