  • WHAT MOTTO DO YOU LIVE BY?

  • First of all, I know…it is a typical motto “Today is a good day to smile”, but not easy.
  • I do not think anyone would argue with that.
  • I try every single day remember it.
  • In fact, this motto is my first resolution of the year.
  • In adulthood, we have a lot of duties such as: work, daily chores, family, even studies…and sometimes diseases to deal, unfortunately.
  • Therefore we have not got time to stop, and we do not realize that our bad mood is increasing.
  • When I notice that, I stop doing things and I try to have some sort of introspection myself.
  • The key is to be aware of the great things that happen around you, and to focus in your whole life.
  • Most probably, you achieve a reason in order to smile, one is enough.
  • It is truth that there are things out of our league, but little things can bring happiness too.
  • It leads me believe that I need to practice and smile a lot more; furthermore I could receive a lot of smile as well.
