  • The purpose of strret workout trainings are various isometric holds, like human flag, front lever or planche as well as dynamics moves on pull-up bars.
  • But first of all, we need lots of strength.
  • The most popular street workout exercises are push-ups, dips and pull-ups.
  • There is a lot of places, called street workout parks, in my city, where i can do it.
  • I have been first time in such park today, because the weather is finally nice.
  • That was a bit stupid decision, because i haven't cured my biceps injury.
  • There is more and more people who do street workout.
  • I hope i will get to know many people thanks to my new hobby.
