I would like to tell you something about street workout, what is my new hobby.
Street workout is a workout only with our body, without any additional weights, that we do on the fresh air.
I have been interested in strret workout since i saw street workout performance in polish Got Talent show.
The purpose of strret workout trainings are various isometric holds, like human flag, front lever or planche as well as dynamics moves on pull-up bars.
But first of all, we need lots of strength.
The most popular street workout exercises are push-ups, dips and pull-ups.
There is a lot of places, called street workout parks, in my city, where i can do it.
I have been first time in such park today, because the weather is finally nice.
That was a bit stupid decision, because i haven't cured my biceps injury.
There is more and more people who do street workout.
I hope i will get to know many people thanks to my new hobby.
