The first decision I had taken by my self in my life is when I choose to study in the hospitality secondary school, I took this decision because cooking is one of my hobbies, and as I like to help and serve the people so I need to be involved in this industry.

At that time, I have written my vision that I am going to be a successful and well known person in this industry.

Therefore, I started with my missions by getting more experiences and qualifications.

The passion I have for foreign languages and international qualifications ensured my successful study in London College as well as some English and French curses.

After finishing my study, I started looking for a job in the tourism industry and I got a job opportunity to work as tourism sales staff with a big travel and tourism company in Saudi Arabia and I worked with them for 2 and half years.

I started with this department because I believe that if I want to success, then I need to start from the beginning to experience as much as can from this industry in order to reach my goal.

As a tourism sales executive, I was required to sell wide range of tourism services components to our customers such as flights, accommodations, meeting rooms, restaurants, transfers, cruises…etc.

This job gave me opportunity to obtain sales skills, and to become acquainted with providing a good customer care service, and with the work of such people as hotel, travel, and tourism managers.

I was deeply impressed by their diligence to satisfy every need of their customers.

I have realized the responsibility of their professions, but I have also understood how satisfied they are when their clients are happy.

As I worked with most of the hospitality and tourism services providers and I had good relations with them to be well known at the market, so I started getting better job opportunities from other travel and tourism companies.

As I saw that time the growth of the online travel agencies and the services which they provide, I realized that the online is the future market for this industry.

Therefore, I took the opportunity to work as a product development manager in a good online travel agency in order to follow the new trend of the industry.

I was so happy with my new job as I learnt and did many innovative things which was very useful for me to get new experiences.

I have worked with a professional team and we succeed to develop B2C, B2B and extranet systems for the company.

As a lover of nature and meeting new people with new cultures, the thing I like to do the most is to travel to new places which help me to get more experience about the touristic destinations.

Playing piano, photographing, and swimming are my hobbies too, these are my ways to relax, clear my mind, and keep fit.

I am reliable and positive person, who enjoys challenges and never gives up.

I dream of managing an international wholesaler travel and tourism company, I realize how great my ambitions are and how hard I must work to achieve them but I think it is most important to have a wish and will.

When one who has strong wishes is self-confident and self-motivated, when he is patient and determined he can fulfill them.

I know that besides all these qualities I must also have skills in order to succeed in this industry in which there is such a competition.

Studying Tourism management I will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to be a prosperous travel and tourism manager.
