The 2 diagrams illustrate the manufacture of concrete for construction purposes including the cement production and different equipment involving into this process.
Cement production consist of several stages and involves different equipment.
Firstly, limestone and clay go through the Crusher in order to receive a powder of these two compounds.
Then, the powder is put into the Mixer and after that, mixed powder enters to the Rotating Heater which is heated from the bottom.
From there, dried powder is put on the Grinder and finally, cement is packed in the bags.
In comparison, concrete production includes only one stage – mixing up Cement, Water, Sand and Gravel in particular proportion by the Concrete Mixer.
To sum up, the concrete production is a simple process which is impossible without multistage production of the cement as the main compound of the concrete.
