In my opinion the government should help the artist.

As a result of this help is infrastructure will be built which could provide the talented people to have place where they can paint, create sculpture and express themself in creativity.

I would like to introduce both points of view and at the same time give reason why is the support important for artists.

In the first case when the governments do not provide condition for creativity, people have to create a piece of art that could be selling.

Sometimes their works become a superficial popularity, because of epatage and glare, without any meaning for the culture.

In the second case with the support the situation is different.

Now creative people have place where to work, what to eat and how to introduce their piece of art to society.

Therefore their arts become more consistent, better perform and more meaningful.

In conclusion, the support of the government is the most important thing for artists, because money becomes less important than expression of their soul.
