Abstract.

The mission consists of developing a box-office solution for the stadiums in France (sport event management, concerts, etc…) using “product mode” methodology with an estimated team of ten engineers and trainees.

Thus, knowledge of the business domain is required as well as the necessity of controlling the collaboration tools used.

It is also a question of applying common sense to supply the future customers with the best possible user experience.

La mission consiste en un développement en “mode produit” d’une solution de billetterie à destination des stades en France (évènements sportifs ou concerts) au sein d’une équipe d’une dizaine d’ingénieurs et stagiaires.

Ainsi, une connaissance du domaine métier est requise ainsi que la nécessité de la maîtrise des outils de collaboration.

Il s’agit aussi de faire preuve de bon-sens afin de fournir aux futurs clients la meilleure expérience utilisateur possible.
